  • RETURN/REFUND POLICY
    !!Due to ALL products being CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS ON DEMAND AS YOU ORDER... We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Because of this.. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND thoroughly DOUBLE CHECKING your ORDER SIZES and VIEWING OUR SIZE CHARTS and DESCRIPTIONS for ALL PRODUCT ITEMS!! *REPLACEMENT and/or REFUND EXCEPTIONS: Damaged, Misprinted or Missing Pieces (please PROVIDE PHOTOS and ORDER NUMBERS within 7 DAYS of receiving items.) *We appreciate your attention to this NOTICE.
  • What are the estimated shipping times? Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
    Estimated (production & shipping times differ) but is normally between 16-26 days. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. but are working towards that in the future.
  • Do you offer gift cards & messages?
    Yes we do, you can find that on the HOME PAGE at the top menu under "Gift Cards"
  • What are the Bedding Sizes?

  • Do you offer Customized/Personalized items?
    We have selected designed products where we offer Personalized production. We do not customize products. Contact us at customersupport@manypots.org for further information.
  • Will you be expanding your item offerings?
    We are always working on new ideas that we believe will benefit our customers. That is why we love when you sign up to "Stay in the Know". That way we can update you on any new items that we may have or will be adding.
  • What are your business hours?
    Business hours are between 10-2pm. Mon-Thurs.
